IMMEDIATE JOB OPENINGS All Staff must have a strong conviction that kids with disabilities belong with their typically developing peers in natural environments. It is our belief, that with the appropriate support all kids can, and should learn, play and share in life’s experiences together. No Arrogance Policy: Staff must believe in the collaborative model to effectively collaborate with parents, teachers, aides, and administrators. We require staff to think globally and put the needs of the child first. Arrogance hinders collaboration and therefore prevents the development and implementation of the most effective programs for kids. Kids come first!!! We are actively staffing the following positions: Behavioral Therapist: Full and part time positions during school and after school hours. Positions available throughout Los Angeles County. Experience working with children with Autism and/or other developmental disabilities required. It is preferred that applicants possess, or be working towards a Bachelors Degree in education, psychology or a related field. Starting salary Range: $15-$18 per hour. Medical and Dental Benefits for Full-Time (30+ hours). Program Supervisors: Part time positions with very flexible after school and/or weekend schedules. Positions available in Ventura, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo and Riverside Counties. Applicant should have a Moderate-Severe Credential and/or a Masters degree. Salary Range: $35-$45 per hour. Play Facilitators: Part time positions; primarily after school and weekend schedules. Should possess, or be working towards, a Bachelors Degree in field related to special education/developmental disabilities. Should have experience working with children with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities. Starting Salary Range: $13.50-$17 per hour. |
